Great griddle, disgrace about the take care of

I truly liked this griddle, which was the only 1 I identified to use on an induction hob. However the detachable handle didn’t “eliminate” so I had to send it back, and there was no supply to replace. Determined against reordering and am seeking for one with an ovenproof manage – may just take a even though…

Superb high quality

I acquired this pan to cook steaks and at initial, was perplexed with the person intstructions on the packaging. This mentioned not to preheat an empty pan and not prepare dinner at quite large temperatures (I have alway completed this prior to when cooking steak!). I emailed Castey for clarification and they stated to brush the pan with a single tablespoon of oil and THEN preheat to medium. This worked completely and my steaks were cooked to perfection. The pan then went into the dishwasher and came out like new. Will now acquire other Castey Vulcano products.

Best griddle for induction hobs

Great size for 2 steaks or four hamburgers. Can not think how effortless it is to clear – just leave it in soapy water for two minutes and wipe! The detachable handle tends to make for simple storage and the silicon rubber gives a secure grip.I’ve been so impressed with this brand I have acquired a casserole too.Are unable to fault them and would hugely advocate – well worth each and every penny!
